Panos Psychogios, Dipl. CE NTUA
Panos is a Civil Engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the architectural and structural design and the site supervision of building projects. He graduated from the School of Civil Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens in 2002 and has since run his own technical office in Sparta, Laconia, while also being a partner in OIKODOMEIN Consulting Engineers Co.
His work covers new reinforced concrete, steel and load-bearing masonry buildings, vertical and horizontal extensions of existing buildings, the repair and renovation of listed buildings, industrial and agricultural facilities, and church roofs in steel. He has also participated in public-sector studies, such as the extension and repair of the Town Hall of the Municipality of Mystras, and in the construction supervision and permitting of fifteen wind turbine foundations in Laconia. He is additionally experienced in building and real estate surveying and in property valuation.
Panos has been a Certified Energy Inspector since 2012 and holds a first-class public works designer registration in the categories of structural and transportation studies. He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece and has served on several local professional and municipal boards in Sparta.
