The listed by the Ministry of Culture building is a R/C 3 storey frame with 1 basement. The structural intervention consists of the removal of 3 columns in the upperstructure to improve the architectural features of the building, the strengthening of the existing Structural System in order to fulfill the current codes and the addition of two (& in the future 3) storeys of composite construction.
