A 15 storey Reinforced Concrete building with 4 basements has been designed. It has a glass facade which raised issues regarding the seismic loading which for high buildings is extremely severe in Bucharest. Also problems regarding the deep excavation and the c adjacent buildings were also solved. The building has been designed to fulfill both the Romanian codes and the Eurocodes.
