The design aims at the preservation of the existing part of the Rotunda minaret which has not collapsed from the past earthquakes and the determination of the optimum solution for the installation of the vertical steel blades aiming at the strengthening of the main body of the structure. The main problem is the partially coillapsed cylindrical balcony at the top.
