Key Qualifications His key qualifications include the static and dynamic analysis of Reinforced Concrete structures, Reinforced and Unreinforced Masonry, and Steel structures, as well as the development of seismic risk senarios using statistical or deterministic methodologies. Furthermore he is very familiar with the procedures involved in the management of public works, both the ones involving the State authorities as well as the ones involving site supervision.
